Day 1: Chennai
Upon arrival at Chennai our representative will transfer you to hotel. Stay overnight at hotel in Chennai.

Day 2: Chennai - Pondicherry
After breakfast drive to Pondicherry, visiting Kancheepuram and Mahabalipuram on the way. Mahabalipuram is known for its beautiful Ratha or the Shore temples. Here on the seashore is a group of beautiful ancient rock hewn temples, which are fine examples of Dravidian style of Architecture Kanchipuram was the ancient capital of the Pallavas. It is famous as a city of 1000 Temples. The first temple, dedicated to Shiva, was built in the 7th and 8th century and has paintings on the walls. Other temples of interest are Ekambaswara, Kailasanatha, Sri Kamakshi and Varadarajaswamy. Kanchipuram is also famous for its silk. Continue your drive to Pondicherry. Upon arrival in Pondicherry you will check into the hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Pondicherry - Tanjore
After breakfast you will drive to Tanjore. Upon arrival in Tanjore check into the hotel. Overnight will be at hotel.

Day 4: Tanjore - Trichy - Madurai
After breakfast drive to Madurai visiting Trichy on the way. Thereafter continue drive to Madurai. Upon arrival in Madurai you will check into the hotel and in the evening visit of the Meenakshi temple. Overnight will be at hotel.

Day 5: Madurai - Periyar
In the morning you will be driven to Periyar. Upon arrival to Alappuzha you will check into the hotel and later take a boatcruise on the Periyar Lake. Overnight will be at hotel.

Day 6: Periyar - Varkala
In morning you will drive to Varkala. You will be transferred to hotel upon arrival in Varkala. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 7: Varkala - Alappuzhax
In the morning you will be driven to Alappuzha to witness the famous boat race. Upon arrival to Alappuzha you will check into the hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 8: Alappuzha
You will spend the full day at the Snake Boat Race festival "Payippad Boat Race" near Harippad in Alappuzha District. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 9: Alappuzha - Munnar
You will be driven to Munnar in morning. Upon arrival in Munnar you will transfer in to the hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 10: Munnar - Cochin
In the morning you will be driven to Cochin. Upon arrival in Cochin - check into hotel. Overnight will be at hotel.

Day 11: Cochin
Morning tour of Cochin or "Kochi"- the palm green, commercial capital of Kerala is known as the "Queen of the Arabian Sea". In the afternoon you will be free for a stroll in Jew town. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 12: Cochin - Mumbai
Late morning transfer from hotel to the railway station for train to Mumbai.

Day 13: Mumbai
Morning, one hour boat ride across Mumbai Harbour brings you to the lush green Elephanta Island. Later in late evening transfer to the International airport for your flight back home.
